Bus attendance that a person confirms

The camera suggests a child’s name. The conductor confirms it, or picks the child from the list. Every boarding and drop-off becomes one record the school and parents share.

Faster than a register, without cards

There are no RFID cards to hand out, lose or replace. The conductor points the phone, checks the suggested name and taps to confirm.

  • Face check, always confirmed by the conductor
  • Pick from the list when a face isn’t recognised
  • A photo for the guardians to confirm when the list is used

From the stop to the school gate

Boarding is recorded at the stop. At school, staff confirm each child at the gate, because a bus arriving is not the same as a child arriving.

  • Boarding, arrival and drop-off times
  • Handover to the guardian recorded at the stop
  • Wrong-bus and missed-pickup alerts

Records that are never erased

A mistake gets a correction on top, with who made it and when. The parents it affects are told. The full history stays in the audit log.

Common questions

What if a child’s face isn’t recognised?

The conductor picks the child from the list and takes a photo for the guardians to confirm. The child boards as normal.

Where is face data kept?

Only on the phone for that trip. It is collected at enrolment with consent and is never shared or used for training.

Does attendance still work without signal?

Yes. Records are saved on the phone, marked as not yet synced, and sent when the signal returns.
